J T Electrical Installation Services Ltd is an electrical contractor based around Leamington Spa, run by directors James Tighe and Brad James.

Who we are

JT Electrical is run by directors James Tighe and Brad James, who own the business 50/50. Between them they run a team of qualified electricians, all City & Guilds qualified through the local college, plus apprentices training at college in Leamington Spa, with our own office and stores in Leamington Spa.

James is a British Army veteran who served over six years in Afghanistan, the Falklands and Cyprus, and he brings the same standards to the business: turn up when we say we will, do the job properly and leave it tidy.

A large part of our work is for letting agents and landlords, alongside private homeowners and commercial clients. That mix keeps us organised: we are used to arranging tenant access, meeting compliance deadlines and producing paperwork that agents can file straight away.

We are local electricians with contractor capability. As well as homes and rentals, we take on commercial, industrial, multi-unit and contract work: fit-outs, distribution and sub-mains, commercial EV charging, testing contracts and planned maintenance. Commercial & contract electrical.
