Sectors we work in

  • Landlords, agents & HMOs
  • Offices & retail
  • Hospitality & venues
  • Industrial units
  • Multi-unit & portfolios

Fit-outs and alterations

New installations, fit-outs and alterations for offices, shops, hospitality venues, industrial units and multi-unit buildings: new circuits, small power, data-point power, lighting and controls. Work can be planned around your opening hours or programme where possible to keep disruption down.

Distribution and sub-mains

Commercial distribution boards, sub-mains, containment, isolation and supplies for new equipment and machinery, installed, tested and certified to BS 7671.

Commercial EV charging

Workplace and business vehicle charge points, with the supply assessed first. Recent work includes a commercial EV charging install in Coventry: eight wall-mounted chargers along an industrial unit.

Compliance and testing contracts

EICR schedules for landlords, letting agents and property portfolios, commercial EICRs, emergency lighting testing to BS 5266 and PAT testing, with due dates tracked and reports and remedial quotes sent together. See our landlords and agents page for portfolio contracts.

Planned maintenance

Regular visits for testing, lighting repairs, remedial work and small works, plus reactive call-outs when something fails, so your premises keep running.

Emergency lighting and PAT testing

Emergency lighting helps people leave a building safely if the normal lighting fails. We install and test emergency lighting to BS 5266, which recommends a short functional test every month and a full rated-duration test once a year, with results recorded in a log book. We also test and label portable appliances and give you a record of the results.
