Who we are
J T Electrical Installation Services Ltd ("JT Electrical", "we") is the controller of personal data you send us through this website, by phone, email or social media. We are registered in England & Wales, company no. 13667310, registered office Warwick Business Centre, Hawkes Drive, Heathcote Industrial Estate, Warwick, CV34 6LX. You can contact us at jamestelectrical@hotmail.com or on 07969 556 440.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property postcode, the service you are interested in and anything you include in your message, such as a property address or access details.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange and carry out work, and keep records of work and certificates. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in running our business.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it where needed to carry out the work, for example with building control when notifying work under our NAPIT registration, or with the network operator for EV charger installations.
How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form does not store or send anything from this website. When you press send, it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, and nothing reaches us until you send that email. If you contact us by WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, those services' own privacy policies also apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, such as keeping records of work carried out and the certificates issued. After that it is securely deleted.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies or use advertising or tracking tools.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
